    Hi guys,

Recently there was a few hours of downtime across the whole UkuWorld network. Unfortunately one or several (bad) persons tried to crash the server and succeeded. I was not able to fix the issue because it caused a database corruption.

I had to rebuilt the server from the ground up and use my backup databases from four days ago. This has caused some (luckily) few people to loose some favorites and people that created an account during the past four days lost their account.

I’m really sorry about this. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do. I’m glad that I got everything back up and working quite smoothly after this first ever attack on UkuWorld. Luckily I back up and secure everything very well. They simply crashed the server, but were never able to access it!

Thank you for all the support I’ve received, greatly appreciated!

    Take care,
    – Jonas.

    Hi Jonas,
Not sure if this is related i am fairly new to the site.

just to let you know i get an error pasted below when accessing some of your pages.
checked out my PC so i think it may be your side. I only get this when using google chrome.

    Error is
The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.

Cheers and keep up the good work
    Mark
